All teachers will outline class grading policies and expectations in the course syllabus.  The course syllabus and grading policy will be made available no later than the second week of the school year.  The syllabus will inform the students of the grading system based on a combination of grading areas that may include: homework, tests, quizzes, projects, class participation (which could include attendance), and other assessment methods deemed appropriate by the teacher.
