Esport Game Sign Up

Please ensure you complete the form below and visit the ESports website to create a profile.  Make sure you do both! 

Do not use your school email address. Please ensure that the email address you use is one that you can access at any time.  Also, when you sign up, pay attention to the days you schedule to show up. For example, all Madden Football Games are every Thursday at 4:00 PM. They require one player, and that player must have a PlayStation (Sony) account.  Ensure you review the game times and the number of players required for each game.
